• In phase one, Motion design and illustrations were used strategically to reduce the anxiety around "supervision" and "audits." This created an inviting environment that supported employees and encouraged them to complete the survey.
• In the second phase, I prevented drop-offs by creating a dynamic and visual questionnaire that kept users fully engaged and avoiding the 'tutorial' feel.
